The BBI report continues to elicit mixed reactions from different quarters, just two weeks after it was officially launched. While some leaders argue that the report is final, the Kenya council of church alliances and ministries has faulted the report, warning that there could be a repeat of the 2010 plebiscite, where the church opposed the harmonized draft constitution.
