Pressure continues to mount against education cabinet secretary prof. George Magoha to apologize over an incident last week in which he allegedly insulted an elderly education officer in Uasin Gishu county. The incident is not the first in which the CS has been captured mishandling his juniors or other people. So, is the CS an arrogant man or his education docket is just too hot?
