Some entertainment joints at the coast have been flouting ministry of health guidelines on covid?19, and are operating beyond the specified times. A spot check by KTN news shows that some of these popular joints, are operating up to the wee hours of the morning in total disregard of the nationwide curfew. All this coming at a time the country is experiencing what looks like a second wave of coronavirus, as our Tobias Chanji now reports.
