Kenyans are likely to have a new constitution by June of 2021 if deliberations by members of parliament and president Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM, leader Raila Odinga after a 2-day retreat in Naivasha is anything to go by. The deliberations have come up with tentative timelines that starts with the collection of 1 million Kenyans immediately. The consensus was not easy and was not without its fair share of whipping, despite being a meeting of proponents of the BBI process.
