The just released Building Bridges Initiative report has proposed radical changes that will see among other things, see Kenyans vote for 94 Senators. The report proposes that the current number of counties standing at 47 be maintained. Each county will elect 2 Senators and funds going to counties will now go up from 15% to 35%.
