COVID-19 Numbers: Kenya records 437 new COVID-19 cases, total caseload now 43,580

Kenya has today recorded 437 new positive cases of covid19. the number now brings the total caseload to 43,580. according to a statement from the ministry of health, 4,311 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. the cumulative tests now stand at 611,552. from the new cases, all are Kenyans except seven. 253 of them are male and 184 are female. on a positive 148 people have been reported to have recovered from the disease, 72 of this were from home-based care while 68 were discharged from various health facilities. sadly, the country lost 8 patients to the virus.
