A section of residents from Kiambaa in Kiambu county were treated to a rare spectacle after elders from the Gikuyu community were invited to conduct a sacred ceremony ahead of crucial construction works. the elders from the community offered traditional sacrifices ahead of a ceremony meant to cut down an ancient Mugumo tree which is being cleared to pave way for road construction.
