Chief Justice David Maraga’s advise to President Uhuru Kenyatta to dissolve parliament could be Kenyatta's toughest political test yet, in his second term in office. A section of members of parliament are demanding that he heeds the advisory, to pave way for what would be a mini general election. What lessons can the President pick from his predecessors on how to manage such a crisis?
