A report by the Council of Governors to the Senate on the Covid?19 situation has implicated the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency, KEMSA. The report to the senate cites Kemsa for inefficiencies, delays and even supply of sub?standard medical equipment during the pandemic.  This comes as President Kenyatta’s deadline expires for the completion of investigations by the ethics and anti-corruption commission into the alleged scandals at Kemsa
