Embakasi East member of parliament Paul Ongil alias Babu Owino will spend the second night in police cells at Gigiri police station even as police hurry to piece up evidence so as to charge him on Monday. As part of the investigation, detectives today collected DNA samples from the MP after a thorough search at his residence in Kileleshwa.
