Government Spokesperson Retired Colonel Cyrus Oguna Says That President Uhuru Kenyatta Has Directed That Urgent Measures Be Undertaken To Deal With The Situation Immediately. Three Thousand Litres Of Chemicals To Be Used In The Spraying Exercise Have Been Dispatched To Mandera, Wajir And Garissa.
