DCJ MWILU OUSTER PETITION: She says her woes is part of President Uhuru's 'we shall revisit' promise

Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu is staring at a possible removal from office after the Judicial Service Commission begun hearing a petition against her instituted by the Director of Public Prosecutions over alleged gross misconduct and abuse of office. But as our political affairs reporter Murimi Mwangi now tells us, Mwilu who wants JSC to sit away from the cameras, terming the petition as just part of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s judiciary revisit warning after Supreme Court 2017 nullification of his election.
