A section of legislators from the NASA Opposition have come out to defend COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli over his remarks that the name of deputy president William Ruto will not be on the ballot come the 2022 general polls. While asking Atwoli to initiate a citizen arrest against any leaders who have been perceived as corrupt argued that Atwoli has a right to comment on corruption issues and even start any legal process that will block Ruto from contesting.
