Thirdway Alliance Kenya fields candidates in Embakasi South and Ugenya By-elections

2nd February, 2019

Thirdway Alliance Kenya will field candidates in both Embakasi south and Ugenya constituencies during the By-elections scheduled for April 5th. Thirdway alliance Kenya party leader Dr. Ekuru Aukot handed over nomination certificates to dr. Angela Mwikali Nyalita to contest in Embakasi south and Brian Omondi Onyango who will contest in Ugenya.  The two seats fell vacant after the supreme court of Kenya nullified the election results over irregularities.  The ruling jubilee party will not field candidates in the two by-elections, though a section of MPs allied to jubilee have said they will campaign for Julius Mawathe who is the wiper party candidate in Embakasi south, against ODM’s Irshad Sumra.
