One of the five suspects charged in connection with the April 2015 Garissa university terror attack that claimed 148 lives has been acquitted. However, the court found that four of his co?accused have a case to answer. The court set free Osman Abdi Dagane, on the grounds that there was no evidence that he colluded with perpetrators of the attack. In his ruling magistrate, Francis Andayi said that the four of the accused persons; Mohamed Ali Abdikar, Hassan Aden Hassan, Sahal Diriye, and Rashid Charles Mberesero will be jointly and individually charged with 156 counts including conspiracy to commit a terrorist act, following the April 2nd, 2015 attack.
