For many, the county of Wajir is a vast, dry and barren mass of land that can hardly sustain any agricultural activity. Perennial drought and hunger tend to be major issues year in, year out. However, in what seems to be a new dawn in Wajir, a group of women, keen on changing the narrative are reaping big after they ventured into horticulture through greenhouse farming.
