Barely two months ago, Brian Lomoin lost his sister, Maribel Kapolon, the daughter of Githongo law courts senior resident magistrate Caroline Kemei who was murdered in unclear circumstances. 

Despite all the grief, Brian put the dark past behind him and scored 428 marks in this year’s KCPE exam which has brought satisfaction to the senior resident magistrate.
