Onto sugar matters now and the managing director of Butali sugar mills limited Jayanti Patel wants sugar importation strictly limited and restricted to the Kenya national trading corporation. Patel who appeared before an MPs' parliamentary committee said the importation of sugar should be pegged on the annual sugar deficit.
