All the 5 candidates who were contesting in the Migori senatorial race have conceded defeat and congratulated former cabinet minister Ochillo Ayacko for winning the seat.

The losers took the bold step to concede defeat saying it was in the best interest of the county. Ayacko garnered over 85,000 votes to win the race.
