The High Court has extended orders barring deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu from prosecution. Justice Chacha Mwita extended the orders, which lapsed today until Wednesday next week.

The judge will next week also make a ruling on DPP Noordin Haji’s application seeking the formation of a three?judge bench to determine whether deputy chief justice Philomena Mwilu should be prosecuted over alleged abuse of office.
