To a rather bizarre story now, a court in Kisumu will tomorrow determine a matter in which two brothers from Kotiang village in Nyakach, in the county of Kisumu have admitted to exhuming the remains of their father who was buried ten years ago. 

22-year-old mark Ouma Ong'udi, and his brother who is a minor pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful exhumation of the dead, their late father Samuel Ong'udi Odoyo on the 24th of September.
