Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Patrick Musimba and his wife Angela Mwende will spend the first of their three nights in police custody. The couple was arrested this morning, arraigned in court and charged with conspiring to steal 1.1 billion shillings from chase bank. They were charged alongside chase bank former Chairman Mohamed Khan and five others.
