ODM Party leader Raila Odinga is calling for urgent National Dialogue on how to deal with debt burden which is forcing government to increase taxes. Odinga says the country is hurting and the burden is too heavy for Kenyans to bear, as national assembly minority leader John Mbadi calls for members of parliament to marshal the required two thirds majority to overrule the president in the event he assents to the controversial bill.
