A Chinese national who was captured on video insulting Kenyans and the president has been deported. Liu jiaqi who referred to Kenyans as poor, black, smelly monkeys was deported this evening. 

The ministry of immigration says he was deported on racism grounds hours after his permit for selling motorcycles was canceled. 

The Chinese embassy in Nairobi says the remarks were personal and do not represent the views of the vast majority of Chinese people.
