New bench has been appointed to hear an appeal by Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua against Ann Waiguru’s win in the 2017 Kirinyaga county Gubernatorial race. This comes after two judges justice Fatuma Sichale and Sankale ole Kankai bowed out from hearing the case citing close links with Karua.
