This comes as Kitui governor Charity Ngilu was today grilled by the national cohesion and integration commission over incitement. Ngilu is alleged to have asked locals to deal with charcoal dealers in the county. Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka who accompanied Ngilu, defended her accusing the NCIC of acting in bad faith.
