Activist Okiya Omtata today filed contempt of court case against interior cabinet secretaries DR Fred Matiangi and ICT's Joe Mucheru as well as the Communications Authority of Kenya for keeping Citizen TV and Innoro TV switched off despite a court order. This came as a section of NASA MPs also filed a petition with the speaker of the national assembly seeking a meeting to discuss the media shutdown.
