Jubilee’s new offensive to turn tables on opposition leader Raila Odinga in the crusade against corruption is gathering momentum. Majority leader Aden Duale now claims he has evidence that cord governors are using county government funds to pay Raila Odinga’s bills.

As the war of words rages on, Raila is embarking on another project in his war on government corruption.  He has now unveiled a bill, the prompt payment bill 2016, which he says is a remedy to the runaway corruption orchestrated by cartels in the supply and payment chain. ODM deputy party leader Ali Hassan Joho sought to clarify how they fund party activities.
