Resolving Somalia’s refugee crisis recently became urgent after a tripartite agreement between the UNHCR, the Kenyan government and the federal government of Somalia to clear the Dadaab camp. With voluntary return already underway, concern is growing on what conditions the returnees will have to endure back in Somalia.
