CORD leader Raila Odinga has once again torn into the Jubilee government over the security lapse in the Kerio Valley escarpment. The ODM leader regrets that innocent Kenyans have to lose their lives along the valley while, according to Raila, the Jubilee administration is busy entertaining Kenyans with rhetorics and lip service.
