Prison bosses around the Kenyan nation moved quickly to implement the president’s order to release petty offenders and those whose terms were coming to an end. The Nairobi West Prison this afternoon began the process of releasing those who fall in that bracket. some of those set to leave the Nairobi West Prison gave sad tales of languishing in jail for what they considered very petty offences of for lack of bail money.
