Deputy President William Ruto was in Ikolomani, Kakamega County this afternoon for the homecoming ceremony of ICT principal secretary Sammy Itemere. Ruto asked the people of Kakamega to be wise in the next general election and be part of government. Ruto dismissed reports appearing in a section of the press that said he so keen in wooing the western voting block.
