A 14-year-old girl in Busia could get relief soon after years of struggling with a rare condition that has made her breasts too big and heavy for her. The condition triggered by hormones has seen the weight of her breasts grow to as much as 10 kilograms, causing her stigma that has seen her drop out of school. A specialist doctor is headed to Busia to perform the surgery.
