In Mombasa county suspicions have started to build over the handling of bullet exhibits dislodged from the body of 16-year-old Tonny Katana who was killed last month at Kongowea area. Officials from the  Independent Policing Oversight Authority differed with local police officers over who should take custody the exhibits, even as the law enforcers prevented the late teenager's mother from seeing the bullet pellets.
