Colleagues, family and friends of Standard Media Group reporter Joseph Masha are still in shock after he collapsed and died mysteriously this morning in Kilifi County. Following his sudden death, the Kenya Union of Journalists asked police to probe two politicians from the coast region. Masha collapsed in the washroom and was rushed to Kilifi district hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. His last function as a writer was last evening before he proceeded for a meeting with someone at a Kilifi hotel. on return to his house he suddenly collapsed. The Standard Group management has described the late Masha as a dedicated worker and his sudden death as shocking.
