Supreme Court judge Smokin Wanjala says the presidential petition and the two thirds gender rule Supreme Court rulings were the most publicly criticized decisions of the court which is now five years old. Wanjala also says the court’s ruling on the retirement age of judges was one of his lowest moments for it created a false perception of lack of cohesion at the court. Wanjala said he is not aware of any cartels in the judiciary.
