Elsewhere, the capital is preparing for the historic TICAD summit that kicks off tomorrow.  Earlier today President Uhuru Kenyatta received the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who is already in the country for the talks. Abe says his country is keen on pumping more money into investments in Kenya. Our senior reporter, Duncan Khaemba has more from state house.
