Leaders from the Luhya community this afternoon converged for a fundraiser in Khwisero constituency in aid of a girl’s boarding school. But it was not the fundraiser that caught the attention of the nation but those who were invited and the political rhetoric that preceded the fundraiser. Political differences were put aside with a political declaration that come 2017, the narrative of a divided Luhya vote will be a thing of the past
