A fresh controversy has emerged between residents of an estate in Changamwe and the government over the construction of the 450 km new oil pipeline from Mombasa to Nairobi. Over 1000 residents of Migadini area are squaring it out with the state over the ownership of land along the Migadini-Port Reitz stretch
