'Inspection' of suspected homosexuals’ private parts has been thrown out by a Kwale High Court

A petition challenging inspections of suspected homosexuals’ private parts has been thrown out by a Kwale High Court. Two suspects had argued that the procedure was intrusive and wanted it categorised as rape by law.
