Now this Friday the Kenyan Anglican Church goes to the polls to vote in the successor to archbishop Eliud Wabukala. The journey to launching Christianity in Kenya was treacherous and bumpy . Coming at the height of the hostility of slave trade ….that journey was initiated by the church missionary society under the stewardship of German born missionary Dr Johann Ludwig Krapf in 1844.
