Politicians challenge the Police to investigate the murder of Jacob Juma

7th May, 2016

CORD leaders Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetang’ula have accused the government of being behind the cold murder of the controversial businessman Jacob Juma. Speaking in Mwingi north constituency during the burial of wiper party activist Charles Mutui, Kalonzo said the Thursday night murder of Juma reminds Kenyans of the political assassinations of yesteryears where vocal critics of government were silenced by the bullet. And speaking from Kakamega County during the burial of former Ikolomani lawmaker Seth Lugonzo, Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi led other leaders from western Kenya in asking the government to apprehend and prosecute those behind Jacob Juma’s murder.
