IEBC are here to stay says Issack Hassan despite CORD's prolonged threats

To other matters now the Kenyan independent electoral and boundaries commission is bracing for bruising face off with the opposition coalition CORD. This afternoon IEBC Chairman Ahmed Issack Hassan announced that he and other IEBC commissioners will not resign, maintaining that resigning now would set a bad precedence for the electoral body.
