The Huruma building collapse has been attributed to weak structures and bad weather

With many still trapped in the rubble, the cause of the collapse has been attributed to weak structures coupled with bad weather. Speaking to KTN News, chairman of the National Construction Authority Steven Oundo disclosed that preliminary investigations point to a building that was built on riparian land which is against the building regulations.
