What exactly brought down the wall of Death along Ring Road in Nairobi

In Nairobi when it rains, it pours; and yesterday’s downpour perhaps the latest event pitting Mother Nature’s wrath and an ill-prepared city that was left almost to waste with flooded streets and a collapsed building. The disaster unfortunately left four people dead after a wall collapsed on them along ring road, Kilimani even as the loved ones of those killed are left with bitter scars from last night’s rainfall.
