Relief in Western Kenya as investor plans to revive the pan paper mills

Tonight Western Kenya is celebrating news that state house has secured an investor willing to sink 6 billion shillings int reviving pan paper mills. As western tries to make sense of what that kind of money can do, Kisii County landed goodies for two major hospitals as uhuru wound up his tour in this very busy week.
