The opposition coalition CORD has accused the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission of being swayed by the ruling Jubilee coalition to frustrate the Okoa Kenya referendum push. The opposition coalition claims the rejection of the signatures is part of the IEBC’s rehearsal to rig the 2017 polls.
