Kenya-Uganda border residents decry incursions and harassment by Ugandan security officers

Kenyan residents living in Busia County along the border with Uganda have complained of constant border incursions and harassment from Ugandan security officers. The residents told KTN that in the past one week, Ugandan police officers have raided two villages in Busia County and illegally arrested several Kenyans who are now locked up at various police cells in Uganda on tramped-up charges.
