Kenya had 309,200 IDPs as of 24 April 2015, statistics shows

The internal displacement monitoring center estimates that there were 309,200 internally displaced people in Kenya as of 24 April 2015.the figure includes an additional approximately 50,000 registered IDPS who had fled as a result of the 2007/8 post-election violence and who, at the time, had not been resettled.
