Leader of majority in the Kenyan national assembly Aden Duale and Senator Kipchumba Murkomen have dismissed calls for them to step aside after their names were dragged into the national youth service scandal. In an affidavit sworn Tuesday, former devolution cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru linked the two leaders who are close allies of deputy president William Ruto to the 791 million shilling NYS scandal.
